The All India Ideal Teacher Association (AIITA) is a pan-India organisation registered under the Societies Registration Act, with its own constitution, policy and programme framework.
Today the association brings together more than 6,000 members across approximately 18 states, organised into six regional zones and led by a dedicated central team. From national committees down to state and district chapters, every part of AIITA works towards a common purpose: enhancing the quality of education and supporting the professional development of teachers everywhere.
We hold to a simple but powerful idea — that the true task of a teacher is not merely to pass inherited knowledge from one generation to the next, but to build society itself.

The objectives of AIITA, as set out in its Constitution, shall be as follows.
To promote a better educational and moral environment in educational institutions.
To sanctify education from ignorance and promote the Islamic perspective of education.
To guide teachers in developing their educational, intellectual, technical, moral and professional abilities, and prepare them to play a positive role in building a good society.
To guide students in their intellectual, educational and moral development.
To review government educational policy and curricula, and ensure that no objectionable content becomes part of the educational policy.
To correct misunderstandings of fellow teachers and students regarding Islam.
To strive for the due rights of teachers.
To promote education in society, particularly among Muslims.

طلبہ کی فکری، علمی اور اخلاقی رہ نمائی کرنا۔
سرکاری تعلیمی پالیسی نیز سرکاری و غیر سرکاری درسیات کا جائزہ لیتے رہنا اور کوشش کرنا کہ کوئی قابلِ اعتراض مواد درسیات اور تعلیمی پالیسی کا حصہ نہ بن سکے۔
ہم وطن اساتذہ اور طلبہ کی اسلام سے متعلق غلط فہمیاں دور کرنا۔
اساتذہ کے جائز حقوق کے لئے کوشش کرنا۔
